Molto Umami at Itō
Teishoku (定食) means everything arrives together, on one tray, exactly as it should.
At Itō, that's edamame with nori and chilli, sashimi salad in a ginger mustard dressing, hibachi wagyu with roasted onion and thyme, and a Cacio e Pepe Don that's quietly become the table's favourite argument.
$49 per person. Wednesday to Friday, 12pm until 2.30pm.
