Renowned chef Mitch Orr will be joining Chef Erik Ortolani for the third instalment of Itōmeshi on Tuesday, August 20th. Rising from humble beginnings, Orr is a culinary icon in Sydney, known for pioneering ACME and Kiln, as well as his inventiveness with pasta flavours. Orr's influence extends beyond the kitchen, as he champions social causes like Plate it Forward and Two Good.

For $109 per person, guests can anticipate a collaborative menu and Orr’s interpretation of Itōmeshi. To complement the menu, a bespoke gin cocktails menu curated by Four Pillars' Creative Director Nick Tesar and Bar Manager Elena Marchand will be available.
