Led by Group Wine Manager Eleonore Wulf, indulge in a $99 per person lunch featuring dishes curated by the talented females of AALIA, NOUR, LILYMU and Itō. Enjoy snacks by NOUR’s Mariangela Simone and Haeyoung Lee, starters by LILYMU’s Mawan Kajitpon, a main course by Itō’s Kim Nguyen, and dessert by AALIA’s pastry chef Kate Manera.

Enjoy a stunning performance by the Australian World Orchestra with a glass of G.H.Mumm Champagne on arrival, plus a curated wine pairing by NOUR’s Head Sommelier Sarah O’Dwyer.
